Please allow us up to 1 working day to process your online orders after payment clearance. If your order is urgent, we suggest you make a direct purchase from our stores instead.
All items purchased online must be paid online before the order is processed. Please note that items in the shopping cart are not reserved or set aside. Our delivery and store staff are unable to accept any payments. If you would like to make payment at our retail stores, please make a direct purchase at the stores.
Most products online are available in our retail stores, unless they are online exclusives, which would be indicated in the item description. If it an important occasion, we advise customers to call the individual store to check availability of their product of choice before heading down.
Alternatively customer may wish to order the items online in advance. Let us know where you would like to pick it up, and we will have the items transferred to the appropriate outlet for your convenience. Some cakes can be customised into larger sizes and shapes. Kindly email info[at]sinpopo[dot]com with your request to find out more. Most customisations take at least 3 working days’ advance notice, depending on the complexity of the customisation.

Yes, delivery orders are waived with a minimum spend of $120 and above.
Our deliveries are scheduled between 10am-2pm and 2pm-6pm daily. If you would like your delivery to be made within a specified one-hour time slot e.g. 2-3pm, there is an Island-Wide Specific Hour Delivery service available for $30. For deliveries outside the scheduled hours above, there is also a Special Hour Delivery available for $50.
For all orders placed online, whether for self-collection or delivery, an order confirmation email with an attached invoice showing an order reference number will be sent to you. This means that your order has been confirmed. Our customer service representative will be in touch with you within 2 working days upon receiving your order should we require any clarifications to your order.
